Refund policy
Personalised products cannot be exchanged or returned unless there is an issue with your order.
Please be aware that buyer errors—like misspelling on an order—do not constitute an order defect. Before finalising your order, please make sure you have reviewed all of the customisation details again.
Please contact us within 30 days of the order's delivery if there is a problem or defect; otherwise, you could not be qualified for a return or refund.
International orders - please note, the refund policy above applies. In addition, depending on your local government, import fees may be applied. This is for the customer to pay. If you decline to pay the customs fees, your order will be sent back. This does not entitle you to a refund as there is no default with the products.
