How long is turnaround time?
Turnaround time varies according to the amount of orders received. The current turnaround time is displayed in the announcement bar (at the very top of the page).
I made a mistake on my order, can it be changed?
On all customised orders, please double check your personalisation details before checking out. Orders cannot be amended after being submitted. Refunds or exchanges are not permitted for customer errors.
When will my order arrive?
The shipping policy is located at the bottom of the page and contains all delivery timeframes. Please note that delivery periods do not include turnaround time.
How can I track my order?
