How long is turnaround time?

Turnaround time varies according to the amount of orders received. The current turnaround time is displayed in the announcement bar (at the very top of the page).

I made a mistake on my order, can it be changed?

On all customised orders, please double check your personalisation details before checking out. If you notice you have made a mistake after ordering, please get in touch ASAP and if your order hasn't started production it can be changed. If your order has already begun production, it cannot be changed. Refunds or exchanges are not permitted for customer errors.

When will my order arrive?

The shipping policy is located at the bottom of the page and contains all delivery timeframes. Please note that delivery periods do not include turnaround time; there are delivery options available that will shorten delivery times.

How can I track my order?

Free standard delivery isn't a tracked service, it will provide a delivery update once delivered. If you wish for your order to be sent on a tracked service, please upgrade your delivery option at checkout (See shipping policies at the bottom of the page).
